Eureka

 Today in Eureka we made a strong structure out of wooden skewers and lollies to see how strong tetrahedrons are, and who could make the strongest.

mine and declans ones were pretty strong ours held 4 bibles!

everybody made one, some peoples were strong and some were weak but it just depended on the way it was built and how people designed it.

making a box in the woodwork room

 on wednesday we went into the woodwork room and made a box out of wood.

it was easy for me to make but hard for some of the new year 7s and non experienced year 8s, so when i finished i helped the kids that needed help.

we made the box to test how good we are at woodworking so we can make bridges out of wood 

My learning this week

This week the best work i have done is made a one punch scene in one of my classes called Battle Fit. 

we worked on it for 10 minutes it turned out pretty good in the end and we thought it looks pretty cool.

but we need to work a bit on more body language so it looks more realistic.

Catapult

 today in class we made catapults , one of the challenges was getting it to fire properly but i got it working in the end. they were fun to shoot, we shot them with chocolate kisses.

PREP

 Today In prep i wasnt in class most of the time because i was gardening down at the native reserve and i was at rugby training, so i only had half or the school, afternoon to do work so i worked out prices for our product
