Outside Wind howled while on the ground Rain fell into muddy puddles that splished and sploshed When you stepped in them. kids rode motorbikes in the puddles and mud until they were as muddy as a white dog that just swam in a mud bath.People and animals slipped and slid on the grass and ice.
