Mary Mackillop
Mary Mackillop Mary Mackillop was a saint. She Worked as a governess looking after her cousins and teaching them. Mary was beatified by the Roman Catholic Church and was one of the first Australians to be recognised as a saint. Mary was born on January 15th 1842 and died on the 8th of August 1909.
